February was the end of another phase in the EBM tour, with three shows bringing everything to a close on a stage in Istanbul after Bristol and London were in the bag. The next time Editors will play live will be in May at the very beginning of a pretty active festival season. It's been said that walking is a series of interrupted falls, and thats a vaguely accurate descriptor of the way Editors are currently spending time on the road; staggered momentum. They're here in a burst of bruised energy and then gone again, giving everyone the gift of missing them. It's a long way from the early days of just incessantly living out of a bus, using their waking hours away from peforming to travel or fulfil media engagements.
Even though there has been few sightings of the group to report once the gigs were over, there have been some announcements of impending engagements. As with most things, Hannah is spookily ahead of the curve in terms of these things getting revealed. You can check out the current compilation list of live dates by hopping over to the band's online forum, which she runs with inhuman dedication as a second career...without any of the income ;)
For now, we wait. See you again at the end of March.
