Mr Smith and Mr Lay dropped by the Radio 1 studios to chat with Nick Grimshaw, on the 27th October 2009. Clocking in at a very pleasing 21 and a half minutes in length, it's all about the band's return to action after completing In This Light and On This Evening, and contains some excellent Editors trivia. What is Tom's recurring dream? What book did he buy Ed for his birthday? What did the awful scented candle they had on the tour bus smell like? All of this and the complex mechanics of sandwich making.
I said in the post I did yesterday that there was a theme developing the further into Editors longevity we get; that some of the websites I sourced some material from are gone now.
