In terms of venues to perform in there's probably few that are as small as the confines of this hotel room, but that's where we find Mr Smith and Mr Urbanowicz for this clip from 2009. Pretty sure it was filmed in Paris, but I don't have an exact date or venue for you.
It's an acoustic presentation of Papillon, in stark contrast to the current live experience of the song which is an absolute monster. It's weird hearing it played so sedately, especially when you're expecting Tom to start amping up the audience by asking "Are you there?" before the first It kicks like a sleep twitch happens.
"Reception! Raise your hands right now (and make me a cheese sandwich)"
or
"I can't hear you, reception, are you there? Are you there?!?!?! I need a new mint for the pillow."
