Available now is Tom and Russell's appearance on 3FM on the 22nd May 2013, where they acoustically debuted what was at the time a brand new song called
Honesty. Tracks by The National and R.E.M. were played by the DJ as part of this show, but in the interest of not ripping those bands off I removed them from the final version I'm posting here. There's also some chat with the lads regarding
The Weight of Your Love, the meanings behind some of the more sinister lyrics on it, as well as
that Werchter gig that could very well have been the death knell of Editors.
I know that Tom says they hadn't played
What is This Thing Called Love yet, but he did in fact debut that song in a solo gig the year before. You can check it out using
