This one was found by the unofficial social media manager for Editors, Hannah. Thanks a lot to you for this. Radio FM4 is Austria's alternative radio station and last week they played host to Ed and Elliott, who compiled a selection of some of the tunes that they've been digging. As a premise it may sound a little vanilla but there's some really fascinating information to be had here. I had no idea until they said it that Papillon's drum patterns are based upon the style of the song Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush, and I've been in this since 2006. It's reassuring to know that there's still lots I don't know about Editors. It neutralises complacency.
As ever under these kinds of circumstance there was officially released material played, so I've edited them out and left only the intros by Elliott and Ed. However, I've linked the tracks they chose to their respective YouTube channels so you can still check them out. Enjoy ;)
