Up next is a short interview with Tom and Elliott for Rockol, recorded during their brief stopover in Italy during November of 2019. The answers are in English but there are also Italian subtitles. As far as subject matter goes, it's everything you'd expect given the campaign they're on right now, but if you listen carefully there are at least two revelations that we hadn't heard before.
The first happens when Tom discusses the recording of the 3 Jacknife Lee tracks. They were Black Gold, Frankenstein and Upside Down (as well as the one unaccounted for mystery track that was also taken to those sessions, lest we forget) and he says:-
If they turned out well, one of the options was to put them towards a "Best of"
This, of course, raises the question of what the other options might have been?
The second piece of news is that they are planning to rehearse for the upcoming Black Gold Tour in January of next year. This will also be the time they begin selecting the songs that will be featured in those shows, hopefully bringing back some old favourites. Enjoy the chatter ;)
