Up next is a short film that appeared on French television, covering Editors' appearance at Le Splendid in Lille last night. Because of its country of origin, the dialogue is dubbed into French. There's some concert footage of Sugar, No Harm and Life is a Fear and an all too brief interview with Mr Smith. And if you don't speak the language, here's what was said. Enjoy ;)
"I think in the audience there'll be a lot of people there having a great time listening to a sad song. I don't know why...that's a human condition isn't it? There's something cathartic about...I don't know...singing a sad song. It makes you feel good, I think. So erm... there's very little music that is full of joy, and hope."
