What we have here is an excellent quality audience recording of Editors' Seattle show from 2008, as part of the ongoing AEHAS campaign. It's so weird listening back to these old shows now, reminding yourself just how much you like those tunes. When Anger Shows and Spiders are amazing here, the latter having that "Red Rain" refrain that Tom used when they performed it live. And as for Blood... hot-damn!
It's the age old argument that says Editors are an absolute monster when they're freed from the restrictions, constraints and confines of a studio environment. This is a great example for making that case. During the intro to You Are Fading, you hear an audience member screaming "So good!". I agree 100%. Check it out:-
