The details I have on this are a little sketchy, I'm afraid. I don't have an exact time of recording but using the "Tom's Hair Scale" as a guide, it was possibly during July 2013 and it may or may not have been recorded in the basement of the Hotel Alba in Paris. I trust that's a vague enough description for you :)
