USF Visionz Interview - September 2007 (video)

Around the time that Editors played the Fillmore in San Francisco, during September of 2007, they gave an interview to the University of San Francisco's on-campus student TV outlet USF TV. They were featured as part of the Visionz program, hosted by the truly wonderful Amanda Van West. You get brief interviews with fans at the Fillmore show, some in-gig footage and a Q&A with Russell. 

In terms of what each individual means to the band, I've already made the case for Russell being Editors' sense of humour in this post, and once again I think I have a strong argument. Even when undertaking the simple act of identifying the station he's on right at the beginning of the clip, he's an extremely funny guy.  The questions are many, and many are strange, but Russell manages to give some wonderful responses. Examples? What would Russell call his butler monkey, presuming he actually owned one? What's the strangest thing he's seen on his travels (you don't want to hear the answer).
