Wrapping up 2006 - Lucky Dip

G O O D B Y E  2006

Hi everyone. Here's a small selection of miscellaneous stuff from 2006 that weren't big enough to warrant single posts on their own right, but which are fun to have in your collection. Droopy microphones, an interview and some fan-shot loveliness await you:-

All Sparks Live at Forum Bielefeld 14th Feb 2006 (MP3)
Erm......Not a lot to say by way of a description other than this is a single mp3 from the band's set at the Forum Bielefeld in Feb 2006
(file removed following complaint)

Tom vs The Droopy Microphone
A fan-shot beauty from an unknown show in 2006, where Tom experiences a severe case of flaccid microphone syndrome. There's no stage-viagra for him, hell no! After waiting and gesturing for a roadie to come out and sort the problem out, Tom takes matters into his own hands (sort of speak) and fixes the problem. Then it's on with the show like it never happened. Kudos to you, sir.
Bones live at Lollapalooza 2006 (MP3)
The band's set at the Lollapalooza was made available to buy as mp3s after the show (as it's still available, I'm not posting it here). Because it was unreleased at the time, Bones never made it into the download but you can grab it here for free.

Monters of Spex Festival 25th August 2006 (2 fan-shot tracks)
A couple of fan-shot videos from the Monsters of Spex festival in August 2006 next. These two clips were filmed by cutterism and misscaro, and originally made available on youtube. Thanks to them both for that.
Chris interviewed in Portugal 2006 (FLV Video)
What does Chris eat when he's in Portugal? And just what is it that's kept in The Back Room? The answers are here.

There you have it. That was 2006, and it's time to move along to 2007 and all the music and interviews I have to share from that time. I'll obviously be adding any additional stuff from 2006 that I find but the plan now is to move forward. I hope you're all having as much fun hanging out at the blog as I am putting it together. Stay tuned for further adventures into the crazy history of your favourite band, Editors.

brought to you with lots and lots of lemming-love :) x
