On the 17th October Tom and Justin joined Nihal as guests on his Radio 5 Live show. They played Munich and Smokers and had an extended chat with their host. In among all the campaign noise occupying their heads right now, there's a strange meeting of fantasy and reality for Mr Smith. He's confronted with some extremely humbling words from a musical hero, and it's beautiful to hear. I'm already several interviews into the promotional work for Black Gold and there's an awful lot of similar questions coming up over and over again. If it's weird for me then it's got to be worse for the band at the point of reception. I would guess that there's a temptation to just go onto autopilot and glide through the whole process. Every once in a while, however, something may happen that will wake you right back up again and I bet this was it. It was fun to listen to. Enjoy ;)
