In October 2013 Tom and Russell appeared as guests on Un Lugar Llamado Mundo and did acoustic versions of 2 tracks. Nothing unusual about that, you might think, but it's the choice of one of the songs that makes this post a little bit special. Tom performs a solo cover of Wonderful Life, which was originally recorded by Black.
Tom has, of course, performed it in the past as part of "Smith and Burrows" and as a guest vocalist with "I Am Arrows". However, this may be the first time that he performed it completely solo and (in the technical sense, anyway) as an Editor. And luckily for us, it was done in a studio and shot professionally to ensure we get the best quality version of it. Yay! 6 years after the fact it's still a beautiful moment.
Oh and don't forget, it's The Weight of Your Love...
