Press Clippings Collection 2005-2006 (pdf file)

Another chance to test your level of Editors fanaticism now. This is a pdf file containing 191 pages of press clippings, collected and digitally scanned, covering the time frame between 2005 and 2006. For the life of me I can't remember where I got this from or who provided it but it's a labor of love for sure. If it was you, and you happen to be reading this post, then thank you. 

It offers a glimpse into the beginnings of the band as seen through the filter of various media publications they made appearances in. It'll take you a while to read them all but it's definitely worth it. In looking back at the articles I keep discovering things I'd forgotten about the band; like Michael Jackson allegedly being a fan of Camera (and Chris' shoes), or the tour where the entire band were so violently ill that they used the few minutes before an encore to duck behind Ed's drum riser and puke in unison. And would you believe that the NME used to actually quite like Editors at one point (see proof above)? All in all it's a great way to kill your time and find out more about the band you love.
