Here's a telephone interview with Tom, this time with BBC Radio 2 DJ Jo Whiley on the 27th June 2012. It was recorded during their 2 Birmingham Academy gigs and prior to Rock Werchter which, if you know your Editors history, you'll be mindful of just how significant this was. It's very interesting to listen to, and more than a little sad hearing him say that the last year and a half had been tough. That's a long, long time to be an unhappy Editor and could put the origins of that malaise back into 2010 if that was the case. Worse still to hear that he, understandably, found it difficult to talk about with Jo because the next 2 years of his life would be spent revisiting this subject at length. He must have suspected as much, but it got intense from here on in.
